  • Cotton Star Camping

    Windy Bank, Bradfield, South Yorkshire S6 6LA

    A field in the Peak District village of Bradfield, with views through the trees to Agden reservoir. The surrounding trees give shelter. Twenty minutes from Sheffield city centre.

  • Woodthorpe Hall

    Fanshaw Gate Lane, Dronfield S18 7WA

    Beautiful gardens, close to Sheffield and the Peak District, with an onsite cider press, power and toilets. Dick and Sue live at Woodthorpe Hall and run it.

  • Woodlane Countryside Centre

    Wood Lane, Sheffield S6 5HE

    On the outskirts of Sheffield in Stannington, and already set up to host wedding breakfasts. We get called in for extra space, cover from rain, or shade.

  • Castleton Rotary Centre

    We have done a couple of jobs here. Gorgeous scenery, well kept, and served by good facilities.

    Tree lined, well sheltered, and the views out to Mam Tor are epic. Good access and power.

What to check before you book the land

  • Does the site have power? Generators can be hired, but it is an extra cost.
  • Does the site have toilets and water? Same again.
  • Is there decent access? Not just for us — think about the caterers. We all love a vintage Citroën van, but can it get on?
