How it started
Created by Chris Baird and Sarah Haynes (now Baird after their very own marquee wedding in 2016), Milestone Marquees was born out of a love for the outdoors and a passion for the event industry.
We’ve been keeping the cake and flowers dry since 2014, and in that time we’ve helped over a hundred brides and grooms.
We judge things by our own high standards having had our wedding in one of our own Trapeze marquees.
A social business
We are a social business and reinvest 100% of our profits back into community development in Yorkshire.
After hundreds of events Milestone Marquees has evolved into a social enterprise. We go one step further in supporting people by reinvesting profits back into the community via Open Source Arts.
Where we are
We’re located on the outskirts of Sheffield near the village of Oughtibridge, which puts us close to Derbyshire and the Peak District.
We are north Sheffield, close to the motorway. Jump on the M1 and the rest of Yorkshire is straightforward.
Head office: 35 Bankfield Terrace, Leeds LS4 2RE. Marquees, flooring and furniture go out from our Sheffield warehouse.
