This page says what we collect, why, and who else sees it.

Milestone Marquees is a trading name of Milestone Events (Yorkshire) Ltd, and that company is the data controller.

When you send us an enquiry

The quote form asks for your name, email, phone number, and the details of the event.

We collect it to keep in touch with you about booking a marquee. That is the only reason.

Resend, an email delivery service, carries it to our inbox. After that it sits in our mailbox.

The form is checked by Cloudflare Turnstile, which tells us whether the sender is a person or a bot. It does not read what you wrote.

We will not share your data without your consent.

Sometimes we work with a third-party supplier on part of an event — furniture, heaters. They get the event location address, and nothing else.

Vercel Web Analytics counts page views. It sets no cookies and does not identify you, and it runs on every visit.

Google Analytics 4 and Microsoft Clarity only load if you accept them in the banner. Until you do, they are not on the page at all.

Clarity records how pages are used — scrolling, clicks, where people get stuck. Form fields are masked, so what you type is not recorded.

Google Analytics data is kept for 14 months.

There is no advertising pixel on this site.

You can change your mind about the optional cookies at any time from the banner.

Ask us for a copy of what we hold about you, or ask us to delete it, and we will.
