As well as marquee hire we also provide furniture hire with our marquees, and standalone for weddings, parties, corporate events and other occasions.
Our warehouse is in Oughtibridge, Sheffield. Tables, chairs, bars, and a few other random furniture or prop bits we have accumulated over the years.
Much of our furniture is made in house to our own high standard – attention to detail and simplicity with good quality wood using reclaimed materials when we can.
Our hire period is typically 3 days. We deliver and set up in your venue.

Chairs
Limewash Chiavari chairs
A popular chair that compliments most styles, making it a versatile seating choice. Constructed out of beechwood with a limewash finish. It comes with an ivory seat pad.
Folding wooden chairs
Simple folding wooden chairs, lightweight and easy to handle. They work particularly well with our rustic tables, and fold away when space is tight. Darkwood or a lighter ash.
Folding white Samsonite chairs
Simple, elegant and pure. They look great at weddings, garden parties or celebrations, and they are easily cleaned, which helps at a family event.
Tables
6 foot trestle tables
Metal folding legs make these nice and sturdy. They seat 6, three each side, or you can squeeze extras on the ends. Plywood top, so we would recommend a table cloth. 183cm long, 76.5cm wide, 75.5cm high. Rectangular tablecloths are available to hire and we will launder them for you.
5ft and 5ft 6 round tables
The 5 foot round seats 8 comfortably, or 10 a little cosier. The 5 foot 6 seats 10 to 12. Folding metal legs and a plywood top, so we would recommend a table cloth. Round tablecloths are available to hire and we will launder them.
Rustic tables
Handcrafted in Sheffield out of sustainable pine, finished with rustic stain and triple varnished. The tops are made out of floorboards. Keep these free and easy with no table cloths. They seat 6, three each side, or 8 with another either end. 181cm long, 75cm wide, 75cm high.
Herringbone cable reel poseur tables
We love the look of cable reels but they can be a little impractical as tables, with holes on the top and ironmongery from a previous life. The herringbone top makes them fit for purpose. Finished in rustic stain and triple-coated in yacht varnish, so they take being outside. 79cm wide, 93cm high.
Herringbone cable reel low tables
Basically, just one of our cable reel tops on it’s todd, but it makes a lower seating table, paired here with folding wooden chairs. 79cm wide, 48cm high.
Small garden tables
A stylish and informal table with a wooden slatted top and metal legs. Seats 2 to 4. Leg colours include white, black, red and green. 60cm by 60cm.
Stainless steel poseur tables
Great for entertaining. You and your guests can hang out standing up, rest your drinks, maybe with some nibbles or canapes. Dot them alongside trestle tables for somewhere else to stand.
Stainless steel catering tables
Just simply a foldable stainless steel catering table, easy to wipe clean when handling food or drinks.
Benches
Bierkeller table and two benches
A wooden table and bench set, similar to those found in a Bierkeller. Each bench sits 3 people, fitting 6 per table. Line them up into long rows if you like, or set them side by side.
Picnic benches
Solid wooden picnic benches, seat around 6 people. Good for families, fetes and relaxed garden parties.
Bars
Pallet bar
Made back in 2015 in our back garden in Sheffield with a bit of TLC along the way. The pallets came from a local brewery, for added continuity. The top is two scaffold boards with plenty of room for beer taps, finished in rustic stain and triple varnished. It also works as a DJ stand.
Black bar
A mobile standalone bar with a smooth clean front, a shelf, and compartments for bartender supplies, cocktail equipment or tools.
Serviced bar
Let us take care of the drinks. Cash bar, where your guests pay like a regular bar. Pre-pay, where you put a bar spend behind it. Or open, and you get the bill at the end. Fancy a gin bar, or a champagne bar? Let us know and we will make it happen.
Dance floor and lighting
Dance floor
A 15ft x 15ft wooden parquet dance floor. It works well inside our marquees because it fits neatly between the two centre poles.
Lighting
A range of LED lighting, from uplights to fairy lights and festoon. Everything is LED, so it draws very little power. Get in touch to discuss it.
Disco balls
Disco balls can’t help but bring the party to your party! Small, large and motorised disco balls are available to hire.
Screens and sound
TV stand
We had some racking delivered on a wooden stillage. Maybe it was cabin fever, but we decided to turn it into a wooden TV stand. Connect a laptop by HDMI and it is a nice way to bring a screen into a marquee — an old black and white film, a drinks menu, a photo slide show, or the table plan.
TVs, 52 inch and 65 inch 4K
Two sizes are available, the larger in 4K. Useful for conferences and events where a large screen helps: rolling information, presentations, digital exhibitions, films, hybrid meetings or a livestream. They come mounted on stands with wheels.
PA and speakers
A range of speaker systems, including mixing desk, cables, microphones and mic stands. For speeches, a small band, a DJ, or music straight off a laptop or phone by Bluetooth or cable.
Finishing touches
Copper coat stand
A copper pipe masterpiece, made by one of our talented customers. It comes with 20 coat hangers, or you could hang flowers off it. 163cm long, 142cm high.
Floral arrangements
Hanging floral hoops, table decorations, table centrepieces, flower walls, and top table arrangements are available. All of them can be colour matched to the scheme of your event.
How to tell a like-for-like quote
our furniture is always regularly refreshed for weddings, so please ensure you are getting a like for like quote from other suppliers. Sometimes people hire out furniture for several seasons and it’s obviously cheaper because they don’t refresh it as regularly, but it can turn up looking a bit tired.
One thing we ask
we would prefer if the furniture is not stored outside as it becomes damaged if it becomes wet in the rain.
