Marquee Hire in Sheffield
Sheffield is home. We load the vans at Oughtibridge, on the northern edge of the city.
Where we have built in Sheffield
Wood Lane Countryside Centre at Stannington is one of our favourite marquee venues. The room is already set up for wedding breakfasts, so we get called in for extra space, cover from rain, or shade.
Mary and Mark married at Stannington on the May Bank Holiday. Three T40s connected, limewash chiavari chairs and sofas. Mark sent us his own CAD drawings of the marquees before we started, and it rained hard the day before.
Rebecca and Will had two of our 30 by 40 marquees joined side on, seating 80 on rustic tables with fold up wooden chairs.
Sophie and Nick were our first big wedding, back in 2015. We measured a snow covered garden in Fulwood one Sunday in January, then put three Capri marquees in it in June, seating 150.
Corporate and charity days too. We have taken two Trapeze marquees to the Jessops Superheroes walk more than once, raising money for Sheffield Hospitals Charity.
Sheffield venues and fields we know
Clark Farm is at Hangram Lane, S11. Woodlane Countryside Centre is on Wood Lane, S6.
Just outside the city, Cotton Star sits in the Peak District village of Bradfield, with views through the trees to Agden reservoir. It is a twenty minute drive from Sheffield city centre. Woodthorpe Hall is over at Dronfield, with gardens, an onsite cider press, power and toilets.
Plenty of Sheffield jobs are on private land. Sophie and Nick was a back garden. Rebecca and Will was a field.
The venues page carries the addresses we hold for all seven, and what to check before you book the land.

Questions about marquee hire in Sheffield
Where in Sheffield are you based?
Oughtibridge, on the northern edge of the city. That is where the marquees are stored and where the vans load. Our registered office is in Leeds, but the kit is here.
Can you get a marquee into a Sheffield back garden?
Often, yes. Sophie and Nick seated 150 in a Sheffield back garden. The limit is usually access. We need the van alongside to unload, or there is a surcharge for carrying the gear in. Smaller structures are on the garden party page if a T30 will not fit.
Which Sheffield venues have you worked at?
Wood Lane Countryside Centre at Stannington, and Clark Farm on Hangram Lane. Cotton Star at Bradfield and Woodthorpe Hall at Dronfield are both just outside the city.
Getting the van to the spot
the most important thing is that we can get out van alongside to unload, as if we cannot, we will have to charge a surcharge for the team as they carry the gear from the van to the setup site.
