It goes up in a street, a market square or a park. Not in a field. There is nothing to peg into. It is held down with ballast — water weights, cross ballast, concrete blocks. Somebody will ask for the fire rating on the flooring. The PVC flooring is listed fire-proof M2. Somebody else will ask how fast it comes down if the wind gets up. Both are fair questions.
