As well as marquee hire we also provide furniture hire with our marquees and standalone for weddings, parties corporate events and other occasions. So if you are having an event in Sheffield, Yorkshire or beyond we can provide furniture hire delivered and set up in your venue.

We have a big choice of furniture hire stock from our warehouse in Oughtibridge Sheffield to choose from tables, chairs, bars and a few other random furniture or prop bits we have accumulated over the years. We offer some traditional furniture crowd-pleasers like the lime-wash chiavari chairs, round tables, event trestle tables and some more rustic furniture, like our rustic tables made out of tongue and groove floorboards and our herringbone cable reel tables. We also have fold-up wooden chairs as another seating option.

Much of our furniture is made in house to our own high standard – attention to detail and simplicity with good quality wood using reclaimed materials when we can. We are based in Sheffield but will travel further afield, including across Yorkshire, Leeds, Manchester, Harrogate and the Peak District. Our hire period is typically 3 days. 6 Foot Trestle Table Hire

Standard 6 foot trestle tables with metal folding legs make these nice and sturdy. These tables provide seating for 6 with 3 each side or you can even squeeze extras on the ends. These tables have a plywood top so we’d recommend using them with a table cloth.

Herringbone Cable Reel Poseur Tables

We love the look of cable reels but they can be a little in practical for tables with holes on the top and ironmongery from their previous life. We think the herringbone top makes them more fit for purpose and of course adds a touch of finesse. These are finished in rustic stain and triple-coated in Yacht varnish making them suitable for outdoor use. These are heavy and sturdy and can be supplied low with just one cable reel or poseur style high with two bolted together.

Rustic Table

These tables are handcrafted in Sheffield out of sustainable pine, finished with rustic stain and triple varnished for an amazing rustic look. The tops are also made out of floorboards. Keep these tables free and easy with no table cloths, a great furniture hire option if you’re looking for a more rustic aesthetic. The tables seat 6 with 3 on each side, or 8 with another either end.

Herringbone Cable Reel Low Tables

Basically, just one of our cable reel tops on it’s todd but it makes a lower seating table paired here with folding wooden chairs.

5′ or 5’6 Round Tables

Standard 5 foot round table to seat 8 comfortably or 10 a little cosier. The 5 foot 6 round tables seat 10 to 12. These tables are sturdy with folding metal table legs and a plywood top, so we’d recommend using a table cloth.

Limewash Chiavari Chairs

A popular chair that compliments most styles making it a versatile furniture seating choice. Constructed out of beechwood with a limewash finish. It comes with an ivory seat pad making this a comfortable seat.

Folding Wooden Chairs

Simple folding wooden chairs lightweight furniture and easy to handle these work particularly well when paired with our rustic tables. This seating is ideal when space is tight as they can be folded away and stored quickly.
Available in Darkwood colour or in a lighter Ash colour.

Pallet Bar

Made back in 2015 in our back garden in Sheffield with a bit of TLC along the way, our reclaimed pallets bar was sourced from a local brewery for added continuity. The top is made from 2 scaffold boards with plenty of room for beer taps. The top is finished in rustic stain and triple varnished. A versatile furniture piece, it can also be used as a DJ stand.

Dance-floor hire

15′ x 15′ (4.5m or 4.5m) wooden parquet dance-floor works great inside our marquees as it fits nicely between the 2 centre poles.

Picnic Bench

Solid wooden picnic benches, seat around 6 people. Perfect for families, fetes and relaxed garden parties.

Stainless Steel Poseur Tables

Great for entertaining. You and your guests can hang out standing up, rest your drinks, maybe with some nibbles or canapes. Poseur tables can be dotted alongside trestle tables with the white chairs or wooden chairs to provide a variety of different places to sit and stand.

Copper Coat Stand – £15.00

This coat stand furniture hire item is a copper pipe constructed masterpiece was made by one of our talented customers. It comes with 20 coat hangers or it could be used more creatively to hang flowers off etc.

Black Bar

This mobile standalone black bar has a smooth clean front, with a shelf and some compartments for bartender supplies, cocktail equipment or tools.

Small Garden Table 60x60cm

A stylish and informal small garden table with a wooden slatted top and metal legs. Seats 2-4, suiting the wooden chairs in ash or darkwood, or alternatively the white folding chairs depending on your colour scheme. Table leg colours include white, black, red and green.

Stainless Steel Catering Table

Just simply a foldable stainless steel catering table, easy to wipe clean when handling food or drinks.

Bierkeller Table and x2 Benches

A wooden table and bench set, similar to those found in a Bierkeller. Each bench sits 3 people, fitting 6 people per table. These can be lined up to make long rows of tables if you wish, or set side by side.

Folding White Samsonite Chair

Folding white Samsonite chairs are simple, elegant and pure. They look great at weddings, garden parties or celebrations. Also great at family friendly events as they are easily cleaned!

TV Stand

We had some racking delivered on a wooden stillage maybe it was cabin fever but we decided to turn it into a wooden TV stand. It might be a mad idea but connecting to a laptop via a HDMI lead it’s a nice way to bring a television screen into a marquee or venue. It could be used to show an old black and white film, display a drinks menu, a photo slide show or table plans.

TV and Stand 52″ or 65″ 4K

Two sizes of televisions are available, with the larger TV coming in 4K. Excellent for conferences and events where a large screen would be useful to display rolling information or presentations. Also could be used for digital exhibitions, watching films, hybrid meetings or livestreaming. They come mounted on TV stands with wheels.

Disco Balls

Disco balls can’t help but bring the party to your party! Who doesn’t love a mirror ball or two to bring that extra special sparkle to your event!

Small, large, and motorised disco balls are available to hire.

Floral Arrangement

Elevate your wedding to the next level with a beautiful floral installation. Hanging floral hoops, table decorations, table centrepieces, flower walls, and top table wedding flower arrangements are available. All floral arrangements can be colour matched to suit the colour scheme of your special event.

Serviced Bar

Let us help you take care of the drinks, so you can relax and have a good time with your friends and family.

Different bar options are available to suit your event, including a cash bar (your guests pay like a regular bar), pre-pay bar (you can pre-pay a bar spend of a certain value), or open bar (receive the bill at the end).

PA

A range of speaker systems or PA’s are available to hire, including speakers, mixing desk, associated cables, microphones and mic stands.
Amplify presentations and speeches, increase the sound of small or larger bands or DJ’s, or use the PA to play music direct from a laptop or phone – which could be connected by Bluetooth or via a cable. Get in touch to discuss further.
