We’re looking for build crew and drivers who can working as part of a team build and dismantle marquees on locations mainly within 1 hour of Sheffield.

A typical day will involve loading the vans at storage heading to the venue, marking and staking the marquee with sledge hammers and breaker tools, laying flooring, erecting the marquee, setting up lights, dance-floor and bars. Before heading back to base to load up for the next job.

We are based in the city centre with our storage at S35 so if people can drive and have access to a vehicle it is a big plus although not an absolute deal breaker. If you’re able, you may be asked to drive 3.5 tonne vans.

It’s a physical job, working in all weathers and does involve heavy lifting but you don’t have to be an absolute power house to do the job. As attitude and attention to detail is equally important. The job does involve long hours at times sometimes travelling to multiple locations with commitment on completing the installation.

It’s a great job working in some fantastic locations and we try to create a good atmosphere. 

We offer competitive rates of pay and this ideal summer job for students. However we’re also keen to recruit the over 25s for insurances purposes, driving the vans.
